Our fixed schedule kid’s lesson days have been organised! Lessons will be held on Thursdays between 3:30pm and 8:30pm. Please check the website for all the important details.

About Us

マヤ：スクールオーナー

私は英会話ECCに1年通い、コースを終了後ニュージーランドへの語学留学を決意し、7年OLとして勤めた会社を退社。

ニュージーランドで4ヶ月過ごし、帰国後OLとして再就職も、英語から離れられず名古屋にあったリンガフォン英会話へ1年通いました。

主人と婚約後、オーストラリアゴールドコーストへ引越し、約3年間現地で生活。

その際子供にも恵まれ、妊娠・出産。現地でポルトガル人経営のおすし屋にて仕事も経験。

ベン：スクールマネージャー＆講師

私はオーストラリアにあるディーキン大学で科学を専攻し、卒業後就職。

2005年から2007年まで日本の英会話NOVAで働き、会話やテスト対策などの英語を教えました。

その際金山にあるスーパーバイリンガル保育でも子供に英語を教えました。また、NOVA以外の小さな英会話学校でも講師として活躍。

2007年に出身地のオーストラリア・ゴールドコーストへ帰国。保育士になる資格を取得し、現地幼稚園のアメイズアーリーエジュケーションセンターに2年間勤務。18ヶ月から12歳までの子供たちと一緒に楽しく過ごしました。

Thanks to some positive feedback from viewers of our website, we are happy to announce that Amuse Bilingual Club is now also offering a Conversation Course. This course is ideal for students who would like to enjoy some light refreshments while they talk in a relaxed environment with a native English speaker about any topic they would like. いろいろな方々のご意見をもとに、カンバセーションコース（会話コース）を追加することにしました。

テキストを使用しないので、好きな内容（趣味・映画・旅行など）で自由にネイティブ講師とリラックス

して会話を楽しんでいただけるコースです。

60分間で津島教室のみでの開催になります。

Free Demonstration Lessons

We will be holding free demonstration lessons for all age groups at our Tsushima classroom between 9:00am - 11:00am and 2:00pm and 4:00pm on:

-        Sunday 27^th of March

-        Monday 28^th of March

-        Friday the 1^st of April

-        Saturday the 2^nd of April

-        Sunday the 3^rd of April

If you are interested in taking a free demonstration lesson at our Tsushima classroom on one of these days please contact us to book in your lesson day and time. Note that demonstration lessons run for half the amount of time as a normal lesson. 

If you are interested in taking a demonstration lesson outside of our Tsushima classroom or outside of these days and times, please contact us to make a suitable arrangement. Note that there is a ￥1500 charge for demonstration lessons taken outside of our Tsushima classroom.

無料体験レッスンを下記日程で行います。

体験レッスンの場所はすべて津島教室のみです。

時間は9:00～11:00、14:00～16:00で要予約。

興味のある方はお電話もしくはメールにてお問い合わせの上ご予約ください。

その際お名前、連絡先電話番号、ご希望の日にちと時間、受講人数とどのコースご希望かをお伝えください。

体験レッスンは通常レッスン時間の半分で行います。

上記の日程以外にも今後体験レッスンを行っていく予定です。

また津島教室ではなく、ご自宅などで体験レッスンを受けたい場合、出張費用1500円をお支払いいただきます。詳しくは当スクールまでお問い合わせください。

Introducing our Tsushima Classroom

Our classroom is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Meitetsu Tsushima Train Station and 3 minutes from the Tsushima Yoshizuya Supermarket, behind the Ohashi Birthing Clinic.

アミューズバイリンガルクラブ津島教室は名鉄津島駅から車で5分、津島ヨシヅヤ本店から車で3分、大橋産婦人科すぐそばにあります。

We have a comfortable area for parents to relax and observe their children taking lessons and where they can also enjoy reading some newly published magazines and complementary light refreshments.


保護者の方がお子様のレッスンをそばで見ていただけるよう教室内にコーナーを用意しています。
飲み物（セルフサービス）や雑誌などもあるのでリラックスしていただけます。

We have a cosy children's area where babies and young children can play with a variety of puzzles and games. This is also a great area for babies and children to interact with their teacher using a variety of fun realia and by singing along to lots of fun English songs!


小さなお子様にも楽しんでいただけるプレイエリアもあります。
パズルや簡単なゲームなどがあります。また講師と一緒に歌を歌ったりして楽しくレッスンしていただけます。

We have a large study table for teaching up to a maximum of 6 group lesson student's. Each student position has a list of some helpful classroom vocabulary in both Japanese and English, such as: "Could you write that please? それを書いてくれますか。"


レッスンを受けていただくテーブルには簡単なレッスン中に使える英語をリストアップしてあるので、レッスン中にお使いください。
例；”Could you write that please?　それを書いてくれますか？”etc

We also have a range of colourful wall posters and flashcards designed to accompany the various textbooks, children's activity books and picture books  that we use during lessons, depending on the needs and abilities of each individual student.


単語などを学べる壁掛けポスターや、たくさんのフラッシュカードなどもあるので、必要に応じレッスンで使っていきます。

Japanese Red Cross Society Appeal

Amuse Bilingual Club would like your help to support the victims of the recent terrible earthquake and tsunami in northern Japan. 

We will donate 100% of all lesson fees received before or during our opening week in April (Friday 1^st – Sunday 10^th) to the Japanese Red Cross Society http://www.jrc.or.jp/. A receipt for the donation made on your behalf will be provided to you.

The Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami

We would like to thank our friends and family from Australia and around the world who contacted us to see if we were ok following the terrible earthquake on Friday. 

We were a bit shaken down here in Tsushima but suffered no damage of any kind and like everyone we are absolutely shocked with what is being shown on television. 

Our thoughts are with the families who have lost loved ones, their homes and all of their possessions.

東日本巨大地震発生後、私たちのことを心配して連絡してくれたオーストラリアの家族・友人、または知人の皆様、ありがとうございました。

 ここ津島市はゆっくりとした横揺れをしばらく感じたものの、特に被害もありませんでした。

毎日ニュースで被害状況などを見て、とても心が痛くなります。他人事とは思えず、恐怖を感じずにはいれません。

この地震・津波でご家族または友人と連絡が取れない方がたくさんみえます。

一日も早く連絡が取れ、再会ができることを心よりお祈りしております。

多くの方が命を失われましたことにたいし、深くお悔やみ申し上げます。

Hello and Welcome to the Amuse Bilingual Club Blog!

Amuse Bilingual Club is a family owned and operated English language education business, which creates fun custom based learning programmes that are designed to stimulate and support the learning of English language students. 

We work closely with parents of children wanting to study English, with adults who would like to study English and with parents who would like to study English with their children.

 アミューズバイリンガルクラブはオーストラリア人の講師と、日本人妻による個人経営のアットホームな英会話教室です。

2011年4月に津島市に教室をオープン。また名古屋周辺まで

幅広く出張レッスンも行います。

アミューズバイリンガルクラブはこども英会話を中心としていますが、大人の方で英語を習得したい方はもちろん、学生の方向けのレッスンもあります。
